What you will do
- Draft and review commercial agreements, resolutions and constitutional documents.
- Handle Corporate Affairs Commission and other regulatory filings.
- Write clear updates clients and boards can act on.
What we ask for
- LL.B and BL, called to the Nigerian Bar.
- Careful drafting and an eye for commercial detail.
- The habit of closing loops without being chased.
IntakeOpen all year
What you will do
- Draft pleadings, applications and written addresses.
- Attend hearings and support senior counsel at trial.
- Keep the case calendar and brief clients honestly on where a matter stands.
What we ask for
- LL.B and BL, called to the Nigerian Bar.
- Working command of civil procedure and the law of evidence.
- Composure in court and clean, accurate reporting.

What you will do
- Carry out searches and report on title with a clear view of the risk.
- Prepare deeds and perfection applications through to registration.
- Keep clients abroad updated on a steady reporting rhythm.
What we ask for
- LL.B and BL, called to the Nigerian Bar.
- Familiarity with the Land Use Act and state perfection practice.
- Patience with registries and rigour with documents.

What you will do
- Research memoranda on live questions.
- Court and registry attendance with a supervising lawyer.
- First drafts of correspondence and simple agreements.
What we ask for
- Current law student, law school candidate or serving corps member.
- Strong written English and a willingness to be corrected.
